Yorkshire 56 Warwickshire 3 - Bill Beaumont County Cup
Yorkshire comfortably beat Warwickshire at Hull Ionians Brantingham Park ground scoring 8 tries in the process. However having lost to Lancashire in injury time the week before and with Lancashire beating Northumberland 80-12 this week it’s the Red Rose that goes to Twickenham next week for the final against Gloucestershire. Danny Smith from Hull Ionians scored two tries, Dave Worrall from Beverley also crossed twice and Yorkshire’s other points came from tries by Kyle Dench, Richard Wainwright, Nick Sharp and Xavier Andre with Jonny West kicking one conversion and Chris Johnson kicking the other 14 points.
