M62 until reach J 10 the M6. Turn North on M6 for 10 miles

(Last Services Birch services between J19 &18; 28 miles of Motorway and 2 miles at Orrel to go)

Exit the M6 at Junction 26 which is the M58 motorway junction and follow the signs to Wigan (A577). (i.e. 2nd exit at 1st roundabout, over M6 then 1st exit at next roundabout). From the roundabout you go uphill to a T junction. Turn left following the signs to Orrell and Skelmersdale. You will see a Premier Lodge on the right just after you pass over the motorway.

Travel straight on to the next traffic lights which has a post office and small parade of shops on the left, and the Stag Inn on the right hand opposite corner. At this junction, turn left on to Moor Lane.

After passing over another motorway bridge and a car sales garage on the left, you come to a mini roundabout, carry straight on until you reach the traffic lights. In front on your left is a Premier Tanning Shop. There is a sign post here for Orrell RUFC, turn left at these lights in to Church Street and travel for approximately 300 metres.

Turn left on to Edge Hall Road which is on the left hand side, opposite the railway station, immediately before the railway bridge. The ground's entrance is 25 metres on the left.
