Directions:

Located off the A1079 Beverley Road. Turn down Emmott Road into the housing estate, left at the T junction then follow road round to the right.

Which ever route you follow allow 30 minutes from A63 in the outskirts of Hull.

About 5 Miles North of Hull City Centre approaching up the A1079 from the A63 in Hull is a slow traffic light delayed journey. Going passed City Centre over Myton Swing Bridge then following signs for A1033 will eventually bring you to Sutton Road, on which you can re-cross the River Hull, turn right up Beverley road and follow next paragraph. But many twists and turns and delays on this route too.

If you follow the above routes Emmott Road is into a housing estate and is the third road on the right after crossing the Sutton Road traffic lights.

(Alternatively if you know your way through Cottingham, Greenwood Ave leads to Sutton Road/Beverley Road traffic lights)

Alternative Simple route from M62 / A63

Leave the A63 at the Humber Bridge exit follow signposts for A164 Beverley. (i.e. straight on at 1st roundabout after slip road, turn left at 2nd roundabout).

Travel North up the A164 to Beverley for 7 to 8 miles until you reach the flyover over the A1079. Immediately after flyover Turn Right down the slip road onto the A1079 Beverley By-pass towards Hull.

About 4 miles at a large roundabout turn right staying on the A1079 towards Hull (Info: A1174 goes left to Beverley, straight on is A1033 around back of Hull).

You are now on Beverley Road, Hull. Emmott Road leads into housing estate and is in about 1 mile, the third turning on the left.
